As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through FTD for delivery in the United States and Canada and on all FTD branded products.
If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 3 days of receipt of your FTD order. You may call, come in person, or write to us.
Please change water daily and keep your arrangement out of direct sunlight and heat so your arrangement will last longer.
Tulips will open if not kept in 45' degree temperature so please be aware of this as we can't replace tulips due to Houston, Texas heat. We will not deliver tulips during the Valentine's Rush due to unseasonal weather temperatures.
